Very smooth experience here on a recent one way rental to Brisbane. The woman at the front desk was exceptionally kind and friendly. The car was spotless. Return was easy.
Great places, Harvey was very helful and competent
Great friendly staff, efficient and super helpful. It would of been 5 stars but they definitely need to ease up on the car freshener they use. It is way too strong and over powering especially when in the car for a long period of time.
I’ve used Hertz on multiple occasions over the past few years through my insurance and they have been nothing but reliable, friendly and helpful. Lisa has helped me almost every time and is honestly such a joy to be around, her customer service skills are amazing!
