I rented a car twice in the last 2 weeks from hertz tweed heads. The lady there, Lisa, was a joy to deal with. Very friendly and very helpful, all with a smile.

Tweed Heads Hertz staff are superb-friendly, helpful, professional and above all-kind! Harvey, Lisa and Jo are absolutely fantastic when it comes to supporting people in need of a vehicle due to their own car letting them down. They couldn’t have been more supportive and gave great advice re:monetary value, type of car, flexible when dates needed to be changed and remembering the little things that you forget such as tolls! Had a horrible experience at Tweed Heads Hertz. I had a Ute for the past 3 months for work & it was due to go back in to swap out. Only to be phoned the week prior that I was on a DNR list & to bring the car back straight away (mind you I had the car for 3 months! No issues). The issue was dealt with over 12 months ago. No one at Tweed could help or provide a number to call to get it sorted. I now have no car. The receptionist on at the time (10/10 @ 4.30pm) could not answer questions, even remotely simple regarding Hertz. H... read more

Harvey at the Tweed branch was absolutely amazing. I cannot rate this person highly enough, helpful, friendly and explained everything in easy to follow terms (I was absolutely exhausted after a busy week) The car was clean, great value and in perfect condition Thank you Harvey for your kindness and patience with this frazzled lady.
