Great friendly staff, efficient and super helpful. It would of been 5 stars but they definitely need to ease up on the car freshener they use. It is way too strong and over powering especially when in the car for a long period of time.

I’ve used Hertz on multiple occasions over the past few years through my insurance and they have been nothing but reliable, friendly and helpful. Lisa has helped me almost every time and is honestly such a joy to be around, her customer service skills are amazing!

Most of the staff very friendly and helpful. One male....not at all. My car was not very clean but ok. Busy but not long to wait to do paperwork.

I rented a car twice in the last 2 weeks from hertz tweed heads. The lady there, Lisa, was a joy to deal with. Very friendly and very helpful, all with a smile.
