I have rented from this Hertz location for (4) months - since Jan 2026 - now May - Cambell & team have been SO helpful during this process - I am a Senior Female & appreciate their help getting my account up to date weekly or monthly - helping me change vehicles - ❤️ the K4 & K5 BTW - it was just nice that they are a trusted resource in this very long business trip -(YES) They are busy - so go into the location & they will take good care of you! Need to improve the service and efficiency, waited for over 1 hr just because of their manager is outside of the store, no backup… unbelievable

The rates are fairly affordable and if you're fine never talking to an actual person or getting them to pick up the phone then go ahead and rent with them. The website's decent at modifying your reservation. But in the unlikely event you need to talk to an employee. Good luck. I tried every single option on their phone tree and waited on hold for for about an hour and never was able to talk to anyone. I reserved a 7-seater on their website a week prior. Then I came by on the day of the appointment to get it and found out that they had no 7-seater left. Every 7-seater they had was reserved and scheduled to go out. Yet my reservation wasn't honored.

This location is no longer at 28 Auto Center Drive. Now they are next to the Hyundai dealership at 16 Auto Center Drive. Despite all the negative reviews, the staff here was very helpful when we rented a car this morning.
