Picked up my rental and it was literally out of gas so I had to put $45 of gas. Then I requested a toddler car seat in my reservation and didn’t get one so I thought okay. I’d use my own. I get home to see that it’s still on my receipt with a replacement charge of $90. I called to make sure they remove it from my reservation and that the low gas was noted on my account yet nobody answers. I had a truly horrible experience with this Hertz location. After being rear-ended, State Farm arranged for a rental car to be delivered through this branch — but the car was never delivered. We spent the entire day trying to reach the location with no answer. Hertz customer service escalated the issue to management, yet the next day there was still no response.
