Don’t ever rent a mgr special! I reserved the mgr special and got a focus, it was new but tiny. The place I got it from In the NC airport wouldn’t let me change the car and wasn’t very pleasant, so I had a very tight fit as I’m not a small guy, but the return of the car in Tullahoma was fast, easy, and friendly.
I love Vicky and she always gives the best service. She is very attentive and helps you with literally anything you ask her or at least tries to. She’s a really wonderful worker and made my process there a breeze!
NOT a Hertz anymore...very inconvenient
The manager and only worker that is there went above and beyond to accommodate me . I needed a car earlier and decided to switch my reservation last min from murfreesboro to tullahoma. She was able to find me a car 5 hours sooner. (AWESOME) she was very nice which I can't say that for the Murfreesboro office. It was all around a great experience.
