Best Hertz in Tucson by far. Brendan and Dustin are super nice and professional. I've been renting from them for years.
I rented a mangers special they wanted to give me an electric car…I do not have a way to charge an electric vehicle then there was a 9$ extra charge which defeats the purpose of the low price. Called customer service it is an AI bot that does not understand anything you say. I am a hertz gold member and if this is the way they treat customers that use their services no thank you
Brendan and Dustin were super rude to me. From the moment I walked in until I left they were unwilling to help me. I'm an Uber customer with a Bank of Kansas checking account. They refused my card and refused me a rental. They showed no empathy nor did they express any concern for my situation. While clarifying questions, they told me they weren't going to argue with me and told me to leave. Super rude.
Rented an EV for Uber and had issues with the vehicle and had to switch it out multiple times because they don't keep up on the maintenance for their vehicles. After several weeks of driving for Uber I had another issue with the vehicle and returned it altogether. The older man with gray hair who works there is beyond rude and tried to blame me for the condition of the vehicle and also accused me of smoking cigarettes inside of it because he claimed it smelled of smoke. Horrible service. Do not book here. I reserved a truck in advance when I got there they wanted to give me a car. I got there before the pick up time so I could cancel if they did something like this. The guy said he cancel it for me I got nothing so I went online to check and he didn't cancel the reservation so I was going to be charged for not showing up. I had to cancel online. Very bad service. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. Look at the reviews and save yourself trouble stay away. Horrible service.
