Absolutely worthless! Would not give Information about how much to rent a sub compact vehicle. Was told to go to website which is also not helpful.
Fast and Friendly. Our vehicle was ready and we were out of there in less than 10 minutes
if I could give negative stars I would, the absolute worst customer service and they could care less if THEY put you in danger with the rental. We brought our car back due to the wheel literally beginning to come off because they didn't put it on correctly and all they did was blame us and say we should have complained day 1 not days later, because bolts couldn't possibly loosen over the course of driving. Had their mechanics done their job correctly and torqued the bolts we wouldn't have had an issue. They take no accountab... read more
Manager of this location hung up the phone on me after denying a cross country rental to my stranded girlfriend, because the company does not allow you to pay with a debit card, and will not take a credit card without the cardholder and card physically present. Most ass backwards company policy I have ever seen and absolutely terrible employees
