Refusing to do early returns for vehicle, even if your active military and don't know when you're exact date that leaving or flying out. Customer service was rude and terrible. Highly recommend going to a different rental car company.
This site was incredibly shady/scammy in how they treated me. I had reserved a 1 day rental for a basic car. When I got there they indicated they didn’t have that class of car available and I would need to pay $19 more to upgrade. Supposedly they were calling all of their reservations to let them know that but had not yet called me. 👎Poor customer care and slow service! 🤢🤢Was a smelly vehicle! Lots of stains.
Rented a car online- came to pick it up and they didnt have any available cars, and cant even cancel or refund the booking! Full on scam!
