The worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. I visited the store twice — the first time, they said no sedan models were available for two weeks. On my second visit, they had a server issue and made us wait for almost two hours. The staff was terrible — they kept the door shut and didn’t even bother answering our questions. And no compensation was offered.I know many people think ratings don’t matter and that bad experiences won’t happen to them, but I’m sure you’ll regret visiting this place ‼️

The car was the best ice ever driven on gas mileage. Score! The return was very simple as well.
After being gone for a while from using this Hertz location, I recently returned for a local trip that I had planned. The online booking was easy via the APP. The pick up was smooth and so was the return. During the pick up of my reservation I was asked to sign off on pictures of the vehicle I was assigned to rent, even before visually seeing thr car myself or with staff.
