If I could give them a zero I would. Recently booked a full size SUV online and received confirmation and everything. The day of pickup we were leaving to San Diego which is why I booked pickup at 8:30, I get there and the employee that everyone seems to be complaining about was at the front desk and right off the bat the customer service skills were non existent. Made a reservation for a telsa and when I got here they said the website says the have it but it’s never accurate. Very unprofessional when I have called previously.
If I could to give below zero... Rude. Slow. No customer service. Run run away. Showscase how not to run a business. The manager is theceirst. I have had 3 appointments. One day you are late next we don't have a car then next we are closed:(( uber also rents car fr m their location. Business-to-Business transaction ae important but they don't care and are closed during the weekend.
