Rented an EV for Uber and had issues with the vehicle and had to switch it out multiple times because they don't keep up on the maintenance for their vehicles. After several weeks of driving for Uber I had another issue with the vehicle and returned it altogether. The older man with gray hair who works there is beyond rude and tried to blame me for the condition of the vehicle and also accused me of smoking cigarettes inside of it because he claimed it smelled of smoke. Horrible service. Do not book here. I reserved a truck in advance when I got there they wanted to give me a car. I got there before the pick up time so I could cancel if they did something like this. The guy said he cancel it for me I got nothing so I went online to check and he didn't cancel the reservation so I was going to be charged for not showing up. I had to cancel online. Very bad service. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. Look at the reviews and save yourself trouble stay away. Horrible service.
Just returned my familys rental today. My nephew dropped his wallet in the car, we turned back found out they STOLE $700 out of my 16 year old nephews wallet. The manager is hiding in his office can't even come out to fix this situation. They stole hard earned money from my nephew. This is just sad. We already have corporate involved. Your manager refuses to give us employee names, and won't let us review camera footage. Complaint filed already, police report started.
Smooth & Easy both at pickup and return. Gave me a great vehicle for my trip and no issues at all. Just be sure to bring a credit card when picking up your rental.
Dustin was very helpful. And attentive, Ty Dustin. The place could use a good dust and vacuum. The card reader is filthy. Be careful it might hurt the older grey gentlemen to smile. And he wasn't helpful or friendly. Chalking it all up to the fact that it's Monday.
