I have come here a couple of times now. Employees here are very professional. I will consider coming back if I need a rental.
I've rented from this location several times in the last 2 years. Always have had fast and friendly service. Joshua was very attentive to my needs. I will definitely us this location in the future.
i just want to start off by saying i’m not one to write negative reviews about companies. but this one takes the cake for the most careless unprofessional experience i’ve had. i am 20 and was supposed to pick up a rental car today. the website specifically states that i as a 20 year old CAN rent with a credit OR debit card. i was willing to pay whatever i needed to including a couple extra hundred dollars for my age. upon arrival, i was asked to show a credit card, which i didn’t have. i showed the employee the debit card i ... read more
deshawn and joshua were so helpful! the dream team! Can’t say enough good things about them:) they were so accommodating and helped us get an upgrade to a bigger car for our 13 hour drive back to Texas!
