Terrible customer service. There are multiple workers here, yet nobody wants to help. I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes and they are nowhere to be found. Not even a greeting or acknowledgment. Very unprofessional.
This is the worst car rental place I have ever experienced. I drive with Lyft and they have a rental deal through them. They gave me a car with Engine problems. They expected me to go do the required maintenance on the vehicle and still pay for the days the mechanic had the car. I ask for a different vehicle, they gave me ANOTHER vehicle needing maintenance. I missed a total of 4 days with a vehicle because of their maintenance problems and they still expect me to pay for those days.. this is the worse service I have ever in... read more
If I wasn't forced to work with this company for work I never would. Awful service, zero phone call support, dirty cars.
