Thanks Brian, communication was fantastic, concise on relaying price of extra kilometres, asking if I'd ever driven a haval before (because it was an upgrade from small car id booked, and thank you for that) and the few extra tips on pick up, fantastic car to drive, your a great young bloke its a pleasure to have good customer service when id never hired car before...good job....AAA++

Local hertz service can be improved. Was told to put to my licence on file so I didn’t need to bring it on and have them sight it as someone who regularly hires cars for corporate. Get there today and have to show my licence and was told that a copy needs to be attached to the rental agreement and the one on file isn’t enough. I’ve hired cars at least 10 times without this process being in place. So had to screen shot my digital licence and email it though and it was not printed out or attached to my rental agreement. I rented a removalist truck on Friday the 19th of September. The truck did not have the DPF maintenance done before I took it and it was beeping warnings at me the whole time I was driving it, the Lady who showed mew the vehicle failed to show me where the rear light control was for the inside of the cargo area. I was charged double the final price on my credit card which still has not been resolved. Otherwise it was OK.

Had a fantastic experience renting a truck from Hertz in Traralgon. The staff were friendly and the vehicle was in excellent condition. Highly recommend
