We were traveling to take care of relatives (not a leisure trip) and were given an electric vehicle at the airport IAH Hertz location in Houston. We were having problems getting it charged and called Hertz to ask what we should do about finding a charging station. This location went above and beyond and offered to swap out the car for a gas vehicle so that we could get back to caring for our loved ones.
