The Rental Agents at this location are really going above & beyond for their customers. Despite the challenges they are faced with (PM issues, different holds & limited inventory), they still make sure that the customer leaves happy .
I want to give a shoutout to Mel at the Reynolds location for her great customer service. She was helpful, professional, and I could tell she genuinely cares about customers. At first, it sounded like I might have to wait 15–20 minutes because they were unsure if my car was ready, but I ended up not waiting long at all.
