I am giving it a 2 from every other time I have been there....these people NEVER have cars if you use Priceline a CHEAPER, third party company! This time we were bringing a car back from Florida so it went very smoothly, but never would I book a car with these guys!
Rented a car almost 2 weeks ago and showed up this morning to go on my trip and they didn't have any cars.. imagine that a rental car place with no rental cars... They were also very rude and got upset with us because we were irritated that they didn't have a car that we paid for... If I could give zero Stars I would

tryied to get a van that I RESERVED a month ago and they just happened to not have it.
Rented a car from hertz on reynolds rd for 4 days. Very pleased with the car that I received. Never had any issues while I was traveling. I will be going back for my next trip.
