I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent rental experience that fell far short of expectations and industry standards. Upon arriving to pick up my rental vehicle, I was given an electric vehicle with a 200-mile range. I informed the desk agent that I was traveling to Grand Junction and would not be able to make the trip with that range. Second time I had a car booked and showed up only to be told there are no cars.
TERRIBLE
I tried contacting them multiple times, but they never answered the phone. Their communication is terrible, and it made resolving my issue impossible!
Liars. I was told that would only be charged 2 days for a rental if I brought the vehicle back on the 2nd day, before the initial out time. Turns out I got charged 3 days for a total of $228. When I asked about why I was told one thing & charged another the employee simply said “oh, well that guy was new & so he’s was wrong to tell you that” Zero accountability. Unprofessional. Zero customer service skills. Rent from another place.
