josie was very nice and helpful when checking out for my rental. she was super friendly and the drop off process was super easy.
This was my first time renting from this location and I have to share what an amazing experience I had thanks to Josie. She explained everything in a thorough and comprehensive way, not to mention how friendly and courteous she is. I She even provided some local restaurant recommendations! She isn’t just the manager but provides a concierge feeling to her branch which is awesome. I highly recommend giving this location a shot. I think you’ll be impressed with what you find.
Nicholas is next level! I am seriously impressed for so many reasons! He made my experience so smooth & answered every question before I even had to ask. He is very kind, knowledgeable, professional, helpful & his customer rapport is top notch! Hertz is incredibly lucky to have Nicholas as an employee & representative of the company! Lots of gratitude for his positive attitude :)
