Just finishing my long term rental from Hertz. Lori and all her staff were marvelous to work with. They were accommodating, responsive, and efficient. And they have the best quality vehicles around, especially for winter driving. You should call them.
Car was clean, got a bottle of water and was all in all a good expirence
I had a great experience with Hertz thanks to Lori’s exceptional customer service. Although their policy requires vehicles to be returned to the Terrace location, I couldn’t get a flight out of Terrace and had to depart from Smithers instead. Lori completely understood my situation and went out of her way to help me make my flight while managing the vehicle return. I’ll definitely rent from Hertz again in the future—thanks, Lori and Team!
Closes at 7, air canada got us in two hours late (7:45) and they stayed open for us. No surprises, no issues, vehicle was clean. Used key drop-off as my flight out was before opening time and they dealt with recording it as returned right away. As smooth as it gets renting a car.
