Tauschen ein defektes Auto nicht um. Helfen auch nicht weiter. Verweisen nur auf eine weit entfernte Werkstatt oder eine 2 Stunden entfernte Herz Station.

Candice is amazing! We fly into Telluride frequently and she has always gone above and beyond! Most recently she stayed after hours so that we could pick the car up from her. Best customer service in the world!

Don’t go if your black the lady refuse to let me get my car . I was supposed to skip the line and go to the vehicle like I was told by the app. She lied said my card was unacceptable even though her company spread accepted it . Told me it’s was against policy which is a lie. She was rude and disrespectful i wouldn’t let my worst enemy shop with them . Bad customer service. Not solution oriented. My hertz rental had a flat tire. I called the hertz roadside assistance hoping to get a new tire or a change in vehicles. Roadside assistance let me know that the hertz in telluride had a car available and I was all set to exchange cars. When I arrived, the lady at the desk was on her phone and continued her conversation for 3 minutes until asking me what I needed. Terrible customer service. Extremely unprofessional. Was told I wouldn’t be charged for an upgrade and then was charged after the fact.
