I have more than 20 years renting vehicles with Hertz, in this last opportunity I rented a vehicle in this agency to return it at the Houston airport (iah), I had my reservation through Hertz, when I arrived at the counter the lady who attended me, she was not in good shape humor and was very rude and unfriendly. She wanted to charge me more money than was in my reservation, when I showed her my reservation she got upset and sent me out of the building in a rude way.
