Organized to collect a car upon arrival at airport and had a voicemail that I would need to head into town the next day to collect. Strongly suggest do not go to this hertz! Had to be in a operating theatre early in the morning and simply needed a car!
Great service. They meet your plane, even when flying on delayed/later plane. Olivia at the counter in airport is friendly and offers great customer service, as does James at the Sydney domestic terminal- he was incredible when I had a flight delay, and missed my connecting flight. If I could give James at hertz Sydney domestic 10 stars I would. He went above and beyond to ensure I could arrive to the hospital for work.
