Hertz has become thee worst rental service provider. I went in waited over 30 min due to only one person working some guy left for a while and finally came back anywho sean isom the brach manager assisted me and didn’t have car I reserved he said I only have a ram 250, I declined. I asked did they have anything at all now mind you cars were there and someone had just dropped off a small suv. He said no so I asked which location has cars he said he does not know. Best Hertz rental in Tampa. Courteous and professional. Explained in detail the charges and what everything entailed. I would rent a vehicle from this place again!
Only reason I don’t give two is because the reps were respectful and tried to help. That being said, made a reservation over a week ago, President’s Circle member here. When I came in, waited an hour for them to try to find me a vehicle. I requested an EV, the one they had was not the one I wanted but, only one they had however, it had no charge. Ended up cancelling and using my own vehicle.
I had a wonderful customer service experience with Gregory Bertrand and the entire Hertz team. I am so happy to be a Gold Member. From the moment I arrived, I received such a warm and welcoming greeting outside in the parking lot and again inside. Gregory Bertrand’s customer service was truly above and beyond.
