Met with employee Shawn before my son was picking up car. Told him he was dropping in Brooklyn. Talked with him directly to his face. When my son came to pick up the car, they had the reservation to drop it back in Tampa as a round-trip not a one-way drop. They charged me an extra $850 on a 400$ rental. When I called back to complain they referred me to Customer Service, I thought the employees were Customer Service. Eddie is the manager I believe and will go above and beyond to get you on the road in the right vehicle
This location is always busy but they quickly, efficiently service customers and get them on their way. Eddy the manager always remembers prior customers and acknowledges that. There are hiccups that have occurred but he will find a way to make the customer happy.
Eddie and his crew truly excelled. The service was not only prompt but also highly professional. We will certainly return.
