This is by far the worst Hertz I've rented from. We live about 16 miles from this Hertz. Not sure why Expedia even gave us this location, but we didn't realize it until half way to downtown (our error). However, our rental was for 3:00 pm. Guy calls (phone sounds horrible and there's a ton of static). All I could make out was if we could get the car at 3:30 instead because there was a problem. We said, sure. No problem. Miguel went the extra mile to make sure I had the right car for my needs. I was able to leave for my trip quickly and comfortably. The service at the Tampa Marriott was top notch.
When I couldn’t get any help via the hertz call center (which was extremely frustrated and time consuming), I went directly to this location to get in person help. The person working was extremely helpful and friendly, and the process went very smoothly!
Terrible customer service, I wish I could put zero! I don’t often review places but this definitely and by far one of my worst experiences! Would rent somewhere else if I was you!!
