Affordable prices
Rented a vehicle from this location on 7/10/26. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment time and was told I would need to return it 30 minutes earlier. Which of course is not an issue, and makes sense. What doesn't makes sense is it then took over 30 minutes for them to clean the car and bring it to me for inspection after the paperwork was completed. The associates at this location are very professional given the circumstances. This location does not offer small cars and thus can be disappointing, but the associates work hard to satisfy the customers. I have seen customers upset with them about vehicle availability which is not their fault, but they are not rude yo the customers. I feel terrible for them, because it must be difficult dealing with angry customers (I have been to this location more than once.) Car full of roaches!!!! Do not rent here.
So I made a reservation Sunday night 7/12/26 for 8am on the 7/13/26 since my car broke down, get there before they open 1st on line, when they open one of the other customers jump in 1st, but no big deal since there 4 people at the counter, so I'm looking at the other 3 waiting for someone to call me in, and the one to the left tells me "I just need to clock in", didn't say anything but thought to my self door is open but not ready for business, great...
