So far this place is terrible. It took two weeks to get a truck. Then when they finally contacted me on a Friday advising they had one. I scheduled the pickup for the following Monday. On Monday I called for nearly two hours trying to confirm before I rode my bike 15 miles to pickup. When I got to the store, two people were at the desk and let the phone ring several times, without answering. There's a guy in there with an afro. Absolutely rude. I mean he literally does not want to be there. I would never come back here. If I do and he's still there its obvious they just need help, because my gawd. Its almost like he doesn't like humans. I kid you not. Never again. Hertz do better. Please do better.
UPDATE: Downgraded to one start - I decided to give them a second chance. Again - I received a text the morning of the rental stating that once again they are oversold. This is 2 for 2. Thankfully I had booked a duplicate reservation at Budget. I have used this location several times in the past. My recent two experiences have been enough for me to move away from Hertz.
