Terrible, I made a reservation online, and I uber there because I need a car just to be told they don’t have the cars. Then 2 customers come in to return a car and I ask if I can take one of those cars and I’m told “sorry those cars are reserved” Update: they went above and beyond, 15 minutes after this review they rushed to find me a car last minute and the manager gave me a large discount, I highly appreciate the effort of the company to do this and she was very personal and friendly.
After booking ahead online at the airport hertz and having a "guaranteed" booking I was forced to use the next closest location which was this place and boy did it not get better. The middle aged man with glasses helping me kept up selling me on everything and tried to tell me the online pricing isn't valid in store and told me that my online pricing was incorrect and I would be paying double which was a lie. There was an 80 dollar difference between me booking online and what he was doing in store. Such a sleazy experience.... read more
Worse customer service i have ever experienced, I’m 46, so that is saying something. Not friendly and unknowledgeable representative. I don’t recommend going to this location. If you need to rent, go to the airport.
Do not rent from hertz
I made a reservation with Hertz a full week in advance, planning a special trip to Florida for my daughter’s birthday. I showed up right on time at 9 AM—only to be told they had no cars available. Excuse me? Then they told me that even if a car came in, they couldn’t hold it for me… despite the fact that I already had a reservation. Completely absurd.
