Absolute worst experience with not only a car rental company, but in general with any company that I’ve ever encountered. Had a reservation for a mid sized sedan to rent while my car was being fixed. I get there tell them I have a reservation. Will is who I dealt with. He asks me what kind of car I drive that’s being fixed. And asks me if I need a 7 passenger vehicle (bc that’s what I own). Hard to reach by phone. The car jas mechanical issues and it seems like it will be a nightmare to have it replaced. Long term rental. Not a fan.
Terrible customer service! Employeee named Will has zero customer service skill! Totally unsuitable for this work! Will ignores the customer and has no communication skill at all! So disappointed!
This has to be the worst car rental place in history. If I could give zero stars I would. The staff are rude. The vehicles they rent are in horrible condition and should be taken off the road. They rented me a vehicle with no windshield washer fluid in the middle of a snow storm which is very dangerous. The key fob battery died the 1 day of the rental. The seats had riped and holes. Rented a car and was told they don't have any after arriving to pick it up. Was not called or notified so I wasted money on an Uber trip. Do not recommend.
