The staff here are so great! Very friendly and helpful in getting my rental arranged when I needed it most. I highly recommend utilizing Hertz for a car rental need! I don’t know what I would’ve done for transportation without them!

Was debating using them for a week long car rental sometime in the next year or two for a vacation trip to Santa Cruz. The prices are an absolute ripoff, the lowest price I saw was 430 dollars per day, or about 3400 for a week. Absolutely not, avoid unless absolutely necessary. This is basically robbery at this point with those prices because they're the only car rental agency in town, so they can get away with asking for your first born and a blood sacrifice. Apparently they are closed down for the week before and after xmas. Really frustrating as they are the only rental car company in Susanville and there is no info on a website or on phone about how they can be reached.
