I picked up the rental in Susanville California. I thought it would take awhile to get on the road..so I woke up extra early to pick it up. There was no need... the rental was ready when I arrived. The young lady who helped me out was so sweet and she was very easy to talk to. She answered any questions I may have had! I was out of there and off to Reno Nevada in 15min flat! The staff here are so great! Very friendly and helpful in getting my rental arranged when I needed it most. I highly recommend utilizing Hertz for a car rental need! I don’t know what I would’ve done for transportation without them!
