Really good rental experience overall! The car was clean, comfortable, and drove perfectly. The process was quick and hassle-free, and no hidden charges. The staff were friendly and professional. Made my trip much easier. Would happily rent from them again and also recommend them to my friends.
I had a very good experience with Hertz overall, and I would highly recommend them to others. I especially want to appreciate Yashir, who went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He was polite, patient, and extremely helpful in addressing my questions and ensuring everything went smoothly.
