Always great service as a presidents circle member.
Terrible service. We booked a hire car a month in advance and on the day of our booking I decided to contact them just to adjust the pick up an hour earlier. When I rang it said "number is disconnected" this was a little weird so I called reservations whom advised that they had to close down as there was some kind of flood?? The fact they they didn't inform any of their customers about this or let reservations know. Ruined our plans totally and expected us to fork out more money to pick up at the airport? Terrible customer service. Only 1 person on counter at all times and he is rude and obnoxious. He pushed hard to sell us the insurance and when we didn't get it, he made some very sarcastic comments, "let's just hope it doesn't hail" etc. Upon returning the vehicle, he claimed to have been a hail storm last night and that the car has a few dinks. There was no hail storm last night, and if there was the car was parked underground! Just looking for an easy money grab. Taking it up with management now, would never hire from the... read more
