Nice quick service. Near new vehicle provided.
No issues with the car we booked and service received, only they we hired a hybrid Camry which was great for fuel efficiency but connecting our phone to the Toyota app was impossible so we gave up and could not not use sat nav through the car which was a bit of a nuisance but overall, good experience.
Easy to pickup and dropoff out of hours: park and put keys in afterhours box. Booked Sedan but they had none so was upgraded to small SUV, I think it helps to add your baggage/passenger amount in the initial booking notes. Car was washed, vacuumed and quite new. Received final invoice and deposit refunded within days. Overall would happily go back. Side note that the overall Hertz website is pretty bad. Has issues with online checkin and doesn't provide any info about afterhours dropoff for this location.
Despite prebooking on the business card, they wouldn't let us pickup, girls in he office sat there and couldn't do anything, made me call head office, who made me wait on hold, then proceeded to tell me the department who can change that specific booking was closed. All despite being through Hertz directly. What is the point of a company is staff at the office, or on the phone, can do anything? Absolute joke of a company.
