We made a reservation a day in advance, and when we arrived we were told that the car is not available and our only option is to upgrade to a better model, with us needing to pay 50% more than the original reservation. Mistakes happen, but when they do - the company should take ownership of it, not the customer. This won't happen with Avis/Sixt. Notes taken

I’ve rented from them twice and have never had any issues. The staff is super friendly, and pickup is always really fast. The cars are clean, drive well, and I always get the exact model I reserved. This last time I saw someone complain in front of me but come on if it’s a holiday and you reserve the car a few minutes before getting there, they are only able to give you the closest car selection based on what they currently have .

30 minutes before my reservation, I got a text stating they were out of cars. I showed up anyway. They stated there was nothing they could do. They were unwilling to call another branch and make a reservation for me. Also, they were not able to guarantee the rate I had booked for my reservation.

I didn’t get the vehicle I reserved. So, I left with no choice (non EV) other than taking an SUV for 30 dollars extra for a day. Very unprofessional from them as they already charge more when you choose the option to pay at pick-up.
