new car, reasonable price
I was truly surprised how rude the representative was in this location. He was telling us to wait without any estimate , saying that even if a car arrives he will take time to do a service himself, that he did not have LUNCH yesterday, and he is all alone. I do sympathize his issues but we really needed a car and he was not helping at all. Well, we drove a 3 mintues and rent a car form a different provider. The representative name is Hue.
The guy working there was beyond rude from the moment we walked through the door. They didn't have the car we reserved (or a replacement) and he was extremely upset with us (!) for it. I don't know what his deal is, but I would strongly recommend staying away from this Hertz location.
