Worst experience I’ve ever had, said they’d sent me an email confirmation didn’t. I got it from corporate and told me reservation was confirmed but I would have to manual confirm. I try calling for 30 minutes they hang up, I call again they don’t answer. I go in person, no one is at the desk, finally someone comes in, I give them my reservation and they leave in the middle of the conversation. Horrible experience with Hertz

Do not rent from this location. They do not honor reservations and take no responsibility when vehicles are unavailable. Instead of informing customers in advance, they wait until it is finally your turn at the counter — after wasting more than 30 minutes in line. The staff were extremely rude and repeatedly pushed paid upgrades. The woman at the front desk appeared intentionally dismissive and frustrating, seemingly hoping customers would simply leave. I came with the 2hr window and my car is not here anymore. The only choice I have is to pay more??? How is it my problem?? The staff has a real bad attitude… unacceptable!!!

I just had the worst experience in my whole life not just in car rental, but in getting any kind of service. We made a reservation online and arrived to the Sunnyvale branch on time. There was only one representative there and she was beyond unprofessional. She told us that there was no available car now for us because we had made our reservation last minute.
