The Sunnyvale Team has always been great. First off I want to recognize Mohammed who has been a mainstay at Hertz in Sunnyvale. He a very detailed, professional, and has lots of patience I've been dealing with Mohammed about 10 years now. Now Sunnyvale has a new manager her name is Jennifer she is very professional, great customer service and very friendly. I'll continue to go to the Sunnyvale location. Good luck Jennifer on your new role.
horrible location. they don’t honor reservations. when i had questions the manager wouldn’t look at me and kept trying to end the conversation. the location wasn’t even busy she was just rude and unhelpful.
impolite staff and fake website information
Bait & switch: reserved a car, received confirmation email. When I arrived they said they did not have that car size and it’d be 33% more. Cancelled and walked down the street to Enterprise, who charged what they said.
