Made a reservation. Told that they do not have any car when I went to pickup the car

My reservation was for full size but they did not have inventory. If the size is not available, the reservation should not have been accepted. Also, the exterior is dirty having many spots of the insect blood.
Reserved a car and when I showed up, no car was available. I didn’t receive any communication from them. Asian staff was very rude to all the customers. I am never going back to this outlet.
