Not a good experience
Tried going online to confirm my reservation the day that I was scheduled to pick up. There was no record of my reservation online even though I had prepaid so I decided to go to the office. Got helped by Cynthia who was unable to find a record at first but luckily, the guy there was able to find it...but he said to give them time to clean it and get it ready (which was fine since my pick up wasn't scheduled until a few hours later) and that they would call me when it was ready. It was a pleasure to deal with some like Isaiah. He is very professional and makes the experience easy. Great job thanks for taking care of me. I will come back at this location every time I need a rental car.
