We have rental that was having issues. We pulled into Hertz stated the problem, changed vehicles and was on our way within 20-30 minutes. Great experience!
This location (located inside the dealership) is extremely inconsistent. My location rental with them consisted of them not having any internet so they had to take me to airway to get the paperwork done and when I returned the car a few days later they still had no internet. Today I wanted to rent a car while they working on my car again and nobody is in the office at all. Location closed early, did not communicate that they would. When I returned the vehicle they charged me for not having a full tank. I provided proof to their corporate office and it took them 3 months to refund me the overage that they charged.
