My husband and I reserved a vehicle at this hertz location, as we arrived we were greeted by an employee texting on her phone, and seemed irritated that we were even there. My husband had questions about his reservation and of course no one was willing to help. A manager came out to us and started to instantly get hostile with us and her tone was angry and loud. Absolutely unacceptable experience — I wish I could give zero stars I recently rented a car from Hertz in Stuart, FL and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. Shortly after picking up the vehicle and driving hours away to Daytona, we discovered the backseat was infested with ants — biting us and getting into our belongings.
