Truly awful. Staff probably would have let me die on the side of the road if it was more convenient for them. Awful.
Worst customer service experience ever, dirty store, rude employees...wouldn't recommend!
The staff here is very frustrating to work with. My gold member status was “expired” because I didn’t have my license and birthday in their system. Was never told to call to fix in the last few times I’ve been there. I call hertz to fix it and was told all I had to do was update my birthday and license on the website and not the app. The frustration could’ve been avoided if someone at the front desk could’ve just said “hey go to the hertz website and update this”. I went in to pick up my rental car as per my reservation. I was told there were no cars and there was nothing they could do about it. There were plenty of rental cars in the lot and no customers other than me in the office. When i asked why i got a reservation online if there were no cars available they said I should have called the office before I came to make sure there would be a car available!?!? Did not have the vehicle o booked. I rented a car with 28 mpg and was given a vehicle with 19mpg. Was not compensated in any way for having to spend more in fuel. Called corporate about a second issue and the rep barely spoke English and gave me incorrect information which resulted in me driving to another location.
