Rented a car on the west side of the state to return here. I wanted to return the car after hours, but the store I rented the car from didn't know if this store had after hours drop off, this store doesn't answer their phone, and Hertz corporate told me this location _doesn't_ have after hours drop. Turns out they do. Also dropping the car off took over 30 minutes, with multiple agents just sitting around while one guy did all the work for multiple customers.

Called me at 4pm and said they can’t provide me the car that I booked and prepaid for way in advance. Didn’t even try to provide any alternate solutions other than ‘you can pick up the car 8 hours later than planned’. Hertz platinum member for many years but taking my business elsewhere going forward because of this

Absolutely fantastic experience with the Hertz Team in Stuart. They could have not have been more pleasant, efficient, and professional! We had recently rented with two other agencies and both times it was an absolute nightmare beyond words! Hertz was quick and efficient both in check in and out! We will definitely be back! Thank you Hertz!
