Booked a prepaid reservation for Memorial Day weekend yesterday. This morning receive a random text saying that my reservation was cancelled. And it would take 7-10 days to get my money back. I called the location and the rude representative said they had no cars and there was nothing she could do. This is the second horrible experience I’ve had with this location.
