Der Herr, der uns bediente hat uns "müde" gesagt, dass kein Fahrzeug zur verfügung steht. Wenn ich gesagt habe, dass ich reklamieren werde, hat er mich praktisch ausgelacht. Dann habe ich einer dazukommenden Mitarbeiterin das Problem geschildert und ihr erklärt, dass wir ein Auto benötigen, da wir nur bis zu dieser Stunde eine Wohnung gemietet haben und ohne Auto de facto auf der Strasse stehen. I made a reservation online. I've got a confirmation that I will have a car. I came all the way from Brooklyn, and they said they don't have a car for me and they did not want to help or give me a different vehicle, the worst place to go. I don't recommend it!!!!
