Very disappointed with the Rep Marley who called me saying that the car I reserved was not available and my phone went out of battery by the time I checked the site my reservation was cancel. It’s very bad service not allowing clients to make a decision whether other time slot is good the lady was very very rude. Never will use Hurtz again due to this experience.
Up until this last rental I've been using the hertz on cary ave for about 10 years. Previous staff has always been great, but whatever staff they have now 100% DOES NOT need to be in customer service and i will never again use this hertz. I don't even care enough to mention the guys name because i didn't even want him helping me in the first place, but let's begin. I recently had the pleasure of renting a vehicle here, They are "Highly recommended!!!" they have only new beautiful cars, for great prices, MR GARRETT and his 'special' team went above and beyond to ensure i have a stress-free and seamless experience!!! his knowledge and expertise made the rental process a breeze, in one word "outstanding renting experience you won't find elsewhere!" I'm looking forward renting with him again!!!
It’s important for me to give an honest review. People sometimes talk about a place and they involve everyone when it’s typically one person. I had a disgusting and disgraceful experience with the manager who runs this Hertz. He should definitely be demoted. He wears his manager tag as if he’s a sheriff. I rented a car that I chose, which had a problem with the tire twice as I set off on my business trip.
