Worst car rental ever!!!! They are unreliable and after reserving a car putting it on my Amex they did not have car. I reserved 5pm and when we went to get info the girl said hours of office were over & locked the door. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Cary Ave site. Left us carless for Labor Day. She should be fired for her rudeness. . Two small children waiting outside.

Called the local offi e and was hung up on twice totally unacceptable. Cooperate please give your employees customer service courses.
Excellent customer service and my vehicle was better than expected and ready when I arrived.
