I had a clean car in great condition. The service was great everyone was helpful and friendly. I needed the car an extra day and extending my rental was fast and easy.

Pickup of rental vehicle at this location means after recieving keys, you having to walk to far side of exterior parking lot, even during winter conditions, same for returning vehicle. With Newfoundlands reputation for winter weather, winter tires should be a requirement, not the case here, when I requested winter tires, only 1 vehicle was available and it was an upgrade. My driving range on vehicle based on fuel in tank showed approximately 100km less than when I fueled up to return vehicle indicating that Hertz did not ens... read more
1- Poor tires & offer for snow tires upgrade way too expensive. 2- poor key/fob battery condition (unable to use fob to unlock truck). 3- Cannot separate fobs for multiple drivers.
