I needed a vehicle and was gonna drop off on labor day. I was told by 2 different managers that someone would be there to give the keys. Well, no one was there. And I had to scramble on trying to figure out how to leave the keys. Communication is key with me, and this is a big deal. Don't tell me something just cause. The last thing I needed was a headache... I might not order from this company ever again.
