I rented a car through Hotwire and when I got to this location they were out of cars. The fact that neither Hotwire or Hertz too blame for what happened is beyond frustrating and unacceptable. How can you approve a car for a place that has been out of car for over a month (As per the Hertz employee). But yet take the payment. I ended up loosing my vacation, loosing my hotel reservation and my time off requested. Too bad I had to give them one star, they don't deserve half of one.
