Needed a car for a couple of days. I spoke with a kind gentleman on the phone confirming the models available. I came in that afternoon and picked it up. The car was clean and in top working order. The gentleman i spoke with on the phone showed me the features on the vehicle, there was minimal wait time and I was in and out quickly. Returning it was quick and easy after hours with a key drop at the door and the final cost was exactly as quoted. If we need to rent again we will definitely contact Hertz.
