Not Car rental. Don't bother calling.
I rented a car from hertz at the Missoula Montana airport with no credit card drove it all the way to emmetsburg& returned it to the spencer hertz location without incident. A few weeks later I go to spencer hertz to rent for my return trip and they said they couldn't rent to me due to my credit score and would need a credit card...i got stuck in iowa because of this place...do not recommend as they seem very unorganized and don't follow same rules as other hertz locations
Last place but it'd be nicer to be in a little bit bigger vehicle
Woman couldn't answer most of my questions & kept using the phrase "we are just a satellite office" when she didn't know the answer. Never attempted to try to answer my questions. Didn't do the car inspection with me but made me sign the inspection sheet. Didn't even walk me to the car. I had to ask someone who didn't work there how to start the car since I had never driven a keyless car. Horrible customer service in regards to Hertz Rentals.
