Horrific Experience – Avoid at All Costs I had an absolutely terrible experience with Hertz regarding rental record #158516352 on June 7th, 2024. We were charged double the quoted price, even though we returned the vehicle as agreed. Phone records prove it was impossible for us to have completed the transaction at 4:09 PM as claimed—our last call with the branch was at 3:58 PM, and the manager didn’t return until over 45 minutes later. HORRIBLE SERVICE the front desk was rude and we had to repeat all our information at least three times, how hard is it to put in a zip code. On another note the attempt to upsell was insanely aggressive, the couple checking in next to me was in tears because they could not afford the new prices the front desk was insisting they get.
