Extraordinary poor service, rude and unhelpful staff. I was charged twice for the service and have spent considerable time trying to resolve without resorting to legal action. No help from government departments. Would NEVER book with Hertz again and have advised many friends to do the same. Company does bit understand basics of customer service and will fall back on technicalities to keep your money. Sehr nettes Personal und unkomplizierte Abwicklung des Anmietvorgangs. Da früh relativ viel los war, half die Filialleiterin mit am Counter. Alle Fragen wurden vernünftig und ausführlich beantwortet und auch eine Einweisung in die Mediasysteme des Fahrzeugs angeboten. Die meisten Fahrzeuge, zumindest in der von uns angemieteten Klasse (mittlerer SUV) unterstützen meist nur kabelgebundenes Android Auto oder Apple Car Play. We had an amazing pick-up experience thanks to Josh! He was very helpful and patient, and walked us through all the details of our rental making sure we understood everything. We come from overseas, and had 0 issues thanks to bringing both our Spanish license and the international one. Thanks Josh!☺️
Really should be zero stars, everything you should not do in a customer service business they do, stay away for your own sanity!
VERY DISAPPOINTED, NO CONFIRMATION AFTER BOOKING WHETHER THE CAR IS READY OR NOT, CANT GET TO RENT THE CAR BECAUSE THEY NEED THE LICENSE FULLY IN ENGLISH TRANSLATION EVEN IT SAYS DRIVING LICENSE IN FRONT PAGE. THE BACK PAGE IS CONDITION IN OUR LOCAL AREA, NOTHING TO DO WITH GENERAL / INTERNATIONAL DRIVING LICENSE . EVEN AFTER SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER STILL CANNOT SOLVE IT. THE RULES SAYS WE CAN USE OUR FOREIGN LICENSE FOR 3 MONTHS. SO DESPERATE AND WASTING TIME.
