Poor service, rude people! I have read the reviews made by other people and you would think by now they would have improved based on the feedback left. I'm going to report this branch to head office. Absolutely terrible staff, very unprofessional, they don't know what they're doing. To the older man and woman, if you're the owners, you need to do some modules on customer service and learn how to use the system.
I booked a rental through Klook and, after going through a few Google Maps reviews beforehand, I’ll admit I arrived with slightly lowered expectations. That said, my experience with Hertz turned out to be genuinely smooth and pleasantly surprising from start to finish.
