We had an amazing pick-up experience thanks to Josh! He was very helpful and patient, and walked us through all the details of our rental making sure we understood everything. We come from overseas, and had 0 issues thanks to bringing both our Spanish license and the international one. Thanks Josh!☺️
Really should be zero stars, everything you should not do in a customer service business they do, stay away for your own sanity!
VERY DISAPPOINTED, NO CONFIRMATION AFTER BOOKING WHETHER THE CAR IS READY OR NOT, CANT GET TO RENT THE CAR BECAUSE THEY NEED THE LICENSE FULLY IN ENGLISH TRANSLATION EVEN IT SAYS DRIVING LICENSE IN FRONT PAGE. THE BACK PAGE IS CONDITION IN OUR LOCAL AREA, NOTHING TO DO WITH GENERAL / INTERNATIONAL DRIVING LICENSE . EVEN AFTER SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER STILL CANNOT SOLVE IT. THE RULES SAYS WE CAN USE OUR FOREIGN LICENSE FOR 3 MONTHS. SO DESPERATE AND WASTING TIME.
Great experience. Got a modern hybrid car for a reasonable price. It was really cheap to run and had a lot of conveniences. The service was great, terms explained well and staff was supportive. Definitely recommend and consider Hertz again for future rentals. Insurance prices can be a bit steep, but you can always look into third party providers if you have time, which is what I did. Thank you to the team, will see you again! PS! I had an Australian Driver's License to present which probably made the whole process easier.
They ask me to translate my driver license which is i have been used it may times at other rental company with no issue... Worst place for foreigner to rent a car I have used my driver license from indonesia at sydney melbourne perth and other city many times with no issue The customer service from hertz so unpleasant what a night mare for foreigner to rent there
