After our car had some problems before we were to go on holidays, hertz was happy to help us get on our way with a hire car so we could still go on our trip. Wendy was very accommodating and super friendly with our kids on arrival. The whole experience was amazing. Even at drop off the staff were super friendly and helpful. Trying to deal with the South Nowra facility is a nightmare. Waiting now for nearly 5 weeks for the return of all my deposit after being incorrectly charged for fuel, and the issue of a correct tax invoice. Called 6 times and never had a return call yet just keep getting told well fix it. If you have a choice don't use Hertz, too slow to fix their errors. Very happy to say my problem was sorted out, and ever since I have had excellent service from Hertz, not only South Nowra, but everywhere.
