Trying to deal with the South Nowra facility is a nightmare. Waiting now for nearly 5 weeks for the return of all my deposit after being incorrectly charged for fuel, and the issue of a correct tax invoice. Called 6 times and never had a return call yet just keep getting told well fix it. If you have a choice don't use Hertz, too slow to fix their errors. Very happy to say my problem was sorted out, and ever since I have had excellent service from Hertz, not only South Nowra, but everywhere.
