The level of service is, honestly, beyond shocking. It is an absolute disgrace. Attempting to contact this branch has proven to be a near-impossible task, especially given the serious nature of my reason for calling: I need to address a police report concerning one of their customers, who committed a hit-and-run on my vehicle. The ladies at the counter are fantastic - I apologise for not getting their names but they were simply the best. So helpful, very accommodating and super patient. My only complaint is about calling the location, the number prompts you to make selections then keeps looping you back to the same menu only to hang up on you before you talk to a real person

The worst place to rent a car the employee lady there was very rude and a bit racist and she didn’t seem interested in showing us the car at all. I asked can we see the car which she replied with find it yourself.

We didn’t book a car days prior via website, so there were limited cars available on the day. Clare was very helpful and friendly, she gave us plenty of alternatives and was professional. We were super lost when we came in. The staff we first spoke to was not helpful or friendly, so we’re glad we didn’t leave immediately, went to counter next to her and spoke to Clare instead!
