Had reserved car 3 months in advance. Showed up to find they overbooked and no car was available. They indicated this happens alot.
Easy pick up. Easy drop off and easy to extend the time I needed it. No complaints and everything I want out of a rental car.

My reservation was cancelled for no reason a day before. The agent on the phone said they were doing that all the time FYI.
