Save yourself the headache. Go to enterprise. They never have cars here and waste your time. Was there for 1.5hours trying to get a car that was on the damn lot.
I would be very leery of renting a car here. Because of the Hertz system, it may look like that they have cars available, and that you can pick one up on the day you arrive, but actually there may be no cars there at all. It’s not the fault of the guys working there, It’s the Hertz booking system in general and I’m sure many people ,as you can see in the other reviews, have showed up expecting a car and then had to walk away with nothing. These guys went above and beyond, highly recommend. Worked really hard to ensure I got the truck I rented and called to let me know I had left a personal item in the truck.
No car was available despite our reservation lol
I rent vehicles for work about 4/5 times per month; I would only leave a review if the service was exceptional or exceptionally terrible. This location is 100% the ladder. They literally don't hold inventory and are woefully understaffed - they've not one time out of 6 reservations over the past 2 years held the vehicle class I needed and reserved for work. Doesn't matter which day of the week it was. This location is not able to meet the needs of their customers reliably, costing them time and money.
