Good Experience! it is an small place but they solve the things fast.
Worst car I have ever gotten from any hertz location. Filthy dirty inside and out. Not a body panel on it that isnt damaged. Smoked in. Was/is completely horrible.
It was first time renting a car from Hertz in Somerville and thanks to the excellent service Titus provided, it wont be my last! He was very patient with my situation and hooked me up with a safe and reliable vehicle. Reasonable price, quick and easy process.
Hertz just happens to be my favorite rental, from upgrading their customers for free when they have availability in their fleet, to amazing rates. An absolute fan! Shoutout to the lady at the counter @ Hertz Mystic Ave boston and The man @ Hertz Somerville (works Overtime to help customers, compensated by Hertz)
Would give this place a 0 if I can. Please avoid at all cost - unclean car(cigarette butts, footprints) half full tank(and I had to return in full), no communication, car barely functions(trunk closed randomly on its own, glove compartment cannot be opened), and bills didn’t come out to be correct(charge me 700 for two days when daily rate is 50). Return was so difficult as the lot was full and no guidance / employee picking up their phone, I had to ask some random people on the street to find parking that won’t get towed. B... read more
