I went this mornig at 8 with an internet resevation and I left at 9:30 without a car, despite paying for it twice. (Then they refunded my money) An absolute disaster

Worst car I have ever gotten from any hertz location. Filthy dirty inside and out. Not a body panel on it that isnt damaged. Smoked in. Was/is completely horrible.
