We had reserved a car and went to the location and there were no cars available and the employee there, Titus Royal, was extremely rude and would ignore us; I saw him ignore others as well and was creating problems with every one there. He wasn’t going through the list or attendees and was just going willy nilly. Pésima experiencia. Tenía una reservación para ayer a las 12 p.m. y al llegar me dijeron que no tenían carros. Herméticamente cerrados, no dieron explicaciones. Simplemente NO LES IMPORTÓ. Wossen was extremely friendly, helpful and a godsend! Logan Airport Hertz rented me a lemon. The engine light was on and it was running very rough. I was staying in Arlington and I was afraid to drive it. When I got to The Somerville Hertz, Wossen took care of my in a jiffy, all with a smile on her face.
ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS LOCATION. I urgently needed a car for a specific date, so I booked a week in advance. I even stopped by the next day to confirm in person because they never pick up the phone. When I arrived, there was already a line of frustrated customers—many being told they wouldn’t be getting the cars they had reserved, or that there were no cars available at all.
