I do not recommend this location at all. They don't have the car you book and lie on the capacity of their cars as well. I specifically reserved a gas to ensure a seamless trip from Boston to New York City. When I arrived, they told me that no gas vehicles were available and had the "choice" between 3 different EV cars. We chose the Kia Niro because they said that the car can charge up to 300 miles. Friendly staff always helpful in specific at this location I was just recently assisted by Chris! Very professional and was able to help direct me towards obtaining my temporary license so I would be able to obtain my rental as my license had just expired on my birthday a few days prior! Chris shows care for Hertz customers and that is greatly appreciated!
Great experience renting from this location a second time. Titus was very helpful and courteous. It was a quick process to pick up the rental. I highly recommend this Hertz location.
