Vehicle I reserved was conveniently not available when I arrived to pick it up. I was told the only thing available was $180 more than what I reserved. Poor customer service. Felt like a bait and switch.

I forget the young ladies name but shes short and has light skin, shes the best, there prices are very reasonable and before I got my new car I could always rely on them to come through
Tara and Jensene were absolutely amazing! Tara handled our reservation with kindness and efficiency, and Jensene, the branch manager, stepped in to help us with some technician issues and made sure everything was taken care of. very poor customer service experience. It felt as if the representative did not want to see me receive a rental car, as if she did everything in her power to prevent it. Unfortunately, there was an accident so the insurance company provided the rental. All i needed was to present my DL and pay the $50 security deposit. Right away, I was denied due to the condition of my DL (a little chip/crack on the side). I was told it could not be scanned. I doubt the scan was even attempted.
