Had a reservation for the cargo van went to pick up the van there was several people inside so I had to wait a hour before I was able to “complete” my reservation. After the hour wait the young lady told me that they didn’t have any available. Wanted me to rent a frontier instead.
Looking for a 1 way rental car, and they won't rent a car to go on a 1 way trip.
Dreadful service. It's hard to imagine a group of people that care less about their customers.
Probably the worst Hertz I’ve been to ever… After walking in (no greetings), I stood there for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Then the rep, Ms Shereda skipped over me to accommodate the lady that walked in after me. After that she walked outside then back in and then proceed to ask “if I am returning or picking up?” There were 3 people there returning cars with a lot full of cars but after letting her know that I was there for a service swap (rental car keeps dying and needing a jump off).
