Kathy at your youree drive location was great. Her customer service went above and beyond. Everything went smoothly picking up my rental.
Reserved a SUV mid size a couple weeks advance show up to pick up car the ride lady just said we dont have any cars available sorry for the inconvenience
Like many of the other reviews, I booked a car to go out of town the following day. They told me they had nothing and there was nothing that could be done. They could've called beforehand, they didn't, they could have offered literally anything for my severe inconvenience, they didn't. This place does not deserve your business or trust. Pay more for anywhere else, you're better off.
We booked a car needing to go out of town the next morning. Went to pick it up the next day and were told there was nothing available. We asked the woman in the office if she could call the airport location to ask if they had any available. She said "I can give you the number and you can call." We were disappointed in the lack of customer service. We left and went to a different car rental company and won't use Hertz again.
