THIS PLACE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! I reserved a vehicle at this location over a month prior to pick up. The day of pick up I was told that they do not have a vehicle for me. The employee informed me that to get a similar vehicle I would have to upgrade which is going to be an additional $288. I had prepaid for the reservation and was told that I would receive that money when I turned the new vehicle In. I was emailed the receipt and my actual charge was $788. Very unprofessional customer service at this location. Returned vehicle in November at this location and had and issue with billing, called the store for the lady to tell me Hertz does not allow pets which they DO. Spoke with 1800 representative the billing issue resolved because the lady was so unprofessional she hung up on me when I told her I could not be discriminated against for having a service animal. WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! The woman working added HUNDREDS of dollars in add-ons to not only my rental, but other customers that were in store at the same time. We opted OUT of any additional add-ons or coverage. The woman became severely unprofessional when she was confronted by others in store experiencing the same issue !!! Told her I wanted to close out my rental and just to charge me for the DAY. I had the car for 2 HOURS. I was charged OVER $200 for things other than our daily rate such as a “$143 per week” charge!
