Excellent!!!
Hertz in general sucks but this location is particularly bad. The reservation only works unidirectionally. They may or may not have a car for you. Chances are your wait time will be longer than your flight. Avoid Hertz at all costs.
The inside of the windshield needed cleaning. They charged more than twice for the insurance that I thought I had paid for on Expedia. She claimed that it hadn't come through from Expedia yet and proceeded to charge their much bigger fee.
Kathy at your youree drive location was great. Her customer service went above and beyond. Everything went smoothly picking up my rental.
