It would have been nice to know that there was going to be a $500 deposit with the rental when using a debit card before the payment was taken. The money was available, but I think of other customers that might not have had those funds in their bank account.
Allow reservations and don’t have cars available on the day of.
Always very busy. Customer service has greatly improved since Destiny became manager. Please consider Hertz for ALL your car rental needs. Ask for all the discounts you are eligible for. ***

Hertz in general sucks but this location is particularly bad. The reservation only works unidirectionally. They may or may not have a car for you. Chances are your wait time will be longer than your flight. Avoid Hertz at all costs.
