My insurance company set up a reservation for my daughter at the Hertz on Youree today, a Hertz representative even called to verify the reservation, however when she got there the EXTREMELY RUDE employee not so nicely advised her they had no cars. Which would’ve been ok had she not had such a horrible attitude but to treat someone already going through a hard time after someone ran a red light and destroyed her car is uncalled for. She has absolutely no business working in customer service. DO BETTER HERTZ!!!!

Tried to rent a car today and ended up living the Seinfeld episode. They didn't have a car for my reservation, which pretty much wrecked my plans. The best part was when the agent told me I was lucky because most rental places don't even accept same-day reservations. I couldn't help but point out that accepting my reservation didn't exactly do me much good since they didn't actually have a car. I don't think she appreciated the irony.
Even though I had booked a reservation at this location a month in advance, I was told the last minute that there were no cars available and the Hertz agent left it at that, with no apologies for the last-minute inconvenience or promises made to call me if a car would be available.
Follow-up: After Hertz acknowledged they were not able to provide “guaranteed” rental car both in person at the Airport and in a prior review, They still charged my card. Then when disputed they lied on the merchant response form to the bank and claimed it was a no show. They are intentionally falsifying documentation and given the pattern of these reviews, this seems to happen a lot.
