Waited for two hours at the body shop for them to come pick me up for my rental. Had a reservation with them that was confirmed the week before. Receptionist at body shop called and spoke to them numerous times and was told they were on their way. They never showed so I went with Enterprise instead, who was there in 5 minutes with a car and I was on the road in another 5 minutes.
