Weird interaction with front desk staff, gave us a vehicle that the rear passenger door didn't open from the inside. Did not realize until in another state.
This Hertz location has some of the hardest-working employees I’ve encountered. They go above and beyond to accommodate customers, even honoring a rate from another location. I also appreciate their strong stance on respect and inclusivity—it’s clear that they maintain a welcoming environment.
