☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) Absolutely the worst rental car experience I’ve ever had. I had a fully paid reservation, and they waited until the day of pickup to tell me they had no cars available. What’s the point of making a reservation if it doesn’t actually reserve a vehicle? I will never be using Hertz ever again. Due to a car accident, insurance is paying for my rental and I have email conformation from Hertz that I should have been getting an SUV. The guy working there lied to my face and said the insurance only paid for a sedan... Ok whatever bro, I didn't care at this point.
