AVOID! We had a reservation, specific car selected and when we showed up on time they said they were all out of cars and overbooked. Horrible customer service, no eye contact, pushed us off to Enterprise across the street where we were taken care of! What’s the point of reserving months in advance if it means nothing? Luckily enterprise had a car
I did not have a good experience with Hertz Rental Car. Unfortunately, the staff at this location do not treat customers properly and their behavior is not professional. Also, the cars they provide are often dirty and not well cleaned. I am not satisfied with the service at this branch, and I hope they improve their staff’s behavior and pay more attention to the cleanliness of their vehicles in the future.
One of the consistently worst rental experiences I have ever had with Hertz. Rented for years at a different location & never had any issues. This place is a total mess, not only will you need to deal with car salespeople that turn their nose up at you, very dirty & cluttered. Not to mention very rude & condescending management that contradict their employees & will lie to your face. Take your business elsewhere.
it would be great if the people were actually at the rental desk. ended up just leaving because it’s not worth waiting forever. multiple people ignores us standing at the desk for 30 minutes. also peoples personal information was displayed on the touch screens
