A legitimate scam. Had a miserably long travel day and caved to renting a vehicle when my flight landed so I didn’t have to deal with public transport over my trip. It was a nightmare to get to this location and I was catcalled as soon as I walked on the property by a group of people hanging out on the sidewalk. I took out a 3 day rental. While driving the first day, I found that the passenger window wasn't working correctly and the axle was clicking. I returned the car less than 24 hours after the rental began and was assured I would not be charged for any more than the first day. But no. I was charged for all 3 days. What a bunch of scammers.
