Great experience! The employees were very friendly and made picking up the car easy. The car itself was very clean and in great condition. Best rental experience I've had thus far.
Paul was awesome, the manager was great too — wonderful service, great car. IDK why the bad reviews but one of the better car rental locations I’ve been to.
AVOID! We had a reservation, specific car selected and when we showed up on time they said they were all out of cars and overbooked. Horrible customer service, no eye contact, pushed us off to Enterprise across the street where we were taken care of! What’s the point of reserving months in advance if it means nothing? Luckily enterprise had a car
I did not have a good experience with Hertz Rental Car. Unfortunately, the staff at this location do not treat customers properly and their behavior is not professional. Also, the cars they provide are often dirty and not well cleaned. I am not satisfied with the service at this branch, and I hope they improve their staff’s behavior and pay more attention to the cleanliness of their vehicles in the future.
