Isiah Armstrong, TJ, and Cheryl are the most unprofessional employees I have ever experienced at a Hertz. My family and I showed up and it took over 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us. Isiah asked for a name and then walked out with no further communication and was not seen again for another 45 minutes and immediately started with a defensive attitude because he knew he was in the wrong. I made a reservation over a month in advance for a family of five. Once I got there, no vehicles were available. The salesperson, Isiah Armstrong, did not communicate this with us. He was extremely rude and argumentative. When I attempted to speak with him. He refused to contact the manager when I asked. Excuse after excuse was given. Please, book anywhere else. Please trust all of the low reviews (that I ignored). It was a huge mistake renting from them - I never even made in into the building. I made a reservation a month in advance and just ONE HOUR before my pick up time, I got a call saying there were no cars on the lot. I was also told that it was a rough week for the lot (not my problem). The guy on the phone then told me if I wanted to make changes, I should contact customer support. The staff at this location. Yeah, I'm above and beyond helping me with my rental. Even though they were short staff and they basically had no cars to fulfill my reservation. They move mountains. The guy that helped me tried several different options, including having another location. Delivered a car to me. Just excellent service.Five stars plus five stars.
