Not sure if the Herz as company garbage or this location. I went with already reservation to rent a car. First there was only one associate working by the desk and she was telling here whole life story to the customer in front of her. Zero sense of urgency and awareness that others waiting too. And we have life and places to be. 5 min later two other workers came out. So I was called to the desk. I am coming here for the third time in a month and everytime im here their lady manager is never there. They guys just keep saying she will be back shortly and last time it literally took her 2 hours for the lunch break. Despite of having a reservation i have to wait there for 2 hours, so whats the point of reservation??? if i have to wait there

Not sure if they just hire terrible people or if they train them to be completely rude to whoever walks in the door. Will never rent with them again. What a terrible staff!! Plus, the car they gave me was disgustingly dirty. I couldn't even see out the windshield there was so many dead bugs on it. I had to take it to get washed. Absolutely horrible experience! UPDATED - Hilarious that they copy and paste the same response to every negative review. They don't care enough to even offer a genuine response.
