Very poor service, they don't make conversation completely clear to you. First I chose and paid for the vehicle on the hertz app, everything was fine until I got to the store and I was ready to pick up the car. When I arrived I was told that no one who paid with a debit card could pick up the car today. Then I asked them if I could pay online with a credit card. The clerck there was so slow-paced After waiting an hour he refused to give me the car. It was the worst rental experience ever.

I orignally walked by this place to the competitor down the road because the reviews were not great here, but after the other shop didn't have a car for me I walked back to Hertz. The service rep was great and even though there was a computer issue that made the check out process longer than it needed to be, the representatives were friendly and accomidating. Very very bad experience with annoying employees that don't want to help and just try to find reasons why not to help you. I have a special manager car that I took from Portland and I change to the same class here in aurora and they have only one person and many people in the line. I wasted 2 hours of my time for Tyler to tell me it's not possible. I went to a different branch and they did it with problems. Stay away from this horrible location.
