Great experience. Jared is amazing and made an upgrade for our car knowing we’ll going to the mountains. Would recommend!
Saw all the one star reviews here and got worried. But on the day of pickup, things were smooth for me. Staff were friendly enough. Maybe it’s a good day to pick up there.
Great service and easy to return car in town
We rented a car from this location. Process was smooth, car was great. But have to give a special mention to Melissa, Abu and Jared, who went above and beyond to reunite my son with a small treasure he left in the car. The store was closed when we arrived, but they were still inside and managed to locate the car and the keys (thankfully it hadn’t been turned over yet), and get it back to us. Cannot say enough nice things about these wonderful humans who cared enough to reunite a 7 year old boy with a tiny heart shaped rock. ... read more
I had some delays and mistakes on my part and Abu stepped in and went above and beyond when he did not have to in order to still get me a car. This saved me from what could have been a very challenging couple of days getting around! He was so awesome.
