There is no after-hours drop-off available at this location. I do wish they would state that clearly somewhere online instead of just on a sign outside the parking garage. Otherwise, staff was helpful & the car was great.
Why on earth would you accept a reservation at 4:45 pm if you're going to be too lazy to stay until your posted closing time and leave me without a car on a Friday afternoon?!!! Shame!!!

Waited first in line in the morning, upstairs person told me to downstairs but I had hertz gold and a car reserved. Went downstairs and printer broken, POS broken, prepare to wait up to an hour for your car or more.
