My experience was so awful I wish I could give this place 0 stars. There was only one counter open with only one employee who can check anyone in. Waited in line for almost two hours. The other workers were very friendly though, albeit unhelpful.
Very long waits and very slow. The workers are trying but running around and getting frustrated at each other. Very poorly mismanaged. Got here at 8:30am, long line to reach the desk and then more waiting to get the car. Got it finally at 10am.
Award for Worst managed Hertz office ever, goes to…….Seattle 8th Ave location. Staff was dismissive and careless. Signage directs customers directly to 6th floor, only to be redirected to ground level. Reservation made for 0900, Hertz rescheduled to 1030. 1045 rolls around and I am 5th on a waiting list for a car that the staff says ’might’ be available before they close at noon. This office is hideous. Hertz support unable to provide ANY assistance to resolve. Avoid Hertz in the future. It’s not the company it used to be.
The pickuo is fast if you are a gold member. It took me less than 3 mins. The cars are in good driving condition.
