I had a very disappointing experience with Chris at Hertz. He was rude, obnoxious, and completely unhelpful. When I arrived, there was no car available for me, and he simply said I was on a “waiting list” without offering any explanation of what that meant or how long the wait would be. When I asked for a refund, he told me I would have to handle it directly with Hertz, offering no assistance or solutions. Booked online and had no information detailing the place closed at 5 when our pick up time was that time! Tried to call the number and kept getting bounced around and then the line ended up cutting out... very disappointed with lack of communication and follow up! Edit: We arrived the next morning, no problem. However, the manager said they were overbooked by 38 cars and said he couldnt refund me but hoped that I don't get charged a no show fee!
