Two years later all new faces and names but they went above and beyond to make sure that the AAA discount was correctly applied and given. I am upgrading my review of this business because of my recent experience working with Marquee. He made my experience here much better by quickly switching vehicles to meet my transportation needs. Our family rented a car a month and a half before pickup. Did not have any cars. Staff was unhelpful.
This is a good neighborhood location. I’ve been here several times. Yes, the wait can be awhile sometimes…it just depends on day, time, and how many other customers are there too (in my recollection, when there’s been a wait, it’s never been more than a 40-minute wait). I’ve never encountered an issue with inventory, including the times I’ve rented an EV here.
30 second question about whether an early key drop exists - cuts you off when you call, holds for 20 minutes, does not come back. Does not listen if you say ANYTHING, just cuts you off. Trying a different company.
