Sharing a review for the manager, Chris Lampert. My car was in shop with AAA and the team recommended the Hertz shop- it’s one of their partners. Chris was very helpful and kind- he made sure I understood the process and ultimately my 5-day rental, turned into two weeks. Hertz was responsive and ensured all charges were managed by AAA. Thanks again, Chris!
The staff was very friendly and apologetic. That is the only reason I gave 3 stars. As usual, they did not have my car and I had to wait for one. This is happening more and more with Hertz. The Little Rock location at the airport is the worst. They were very honest about letting me know that Hertz is starting to over book their rentals.
5 stars very knowledgeable very professional always helped me get everything I need for a great budget made renting a car easy .. had a bad experience with enterprise.. this hertz changed my perspective 10 stars for these gentlemen
What a great experience! If you’re looking for a professional car buying experience, go see Tremaine at the Scottsdale location. He was professional, knowledgeable, and down to earth. He wasn’t pushy and he was always willing to help any way possible. If you’re looking for a great car, these are your people! Thanks again for the great experience!
Not enough staff. Prepare to wait awhile to be served. Don’t bother calling; they don’t answer or put you on hold indefinitely, or say they will call back, but never do. The manager is rough and doesn’t care if there’s no cars available even when there’s a reservation, but will only upsell you. Just not a good experience.
