As a longtime Hertz customer and very frequent traveler, I will tell you the Hertz counter staff at the Savannah airport is the most inefficient and incapable staff I've encountered, anywhere, in a long time. Lots of action behind the counter, such as people talking and checking their phones, while one inept associate was working the desk.
