I got the car as an insurance claim rental. Christy was very helpful and quick. I would definitely refer Hertz to family and friends (and anyone else) looking to rent.
Received the car dirty, but vacuumed down the inside. The inside also smelled like smoke from the previous driver and they did not have a substitute suitable for my needs. The people work there were nice nothing wrong with that. It’s just the quality of the services.
