1 hour wait even though we had reservation, rude staff, and totally unprepared / able to help even with 3 people working. Took 3-4x as long as all the other companies there — do not use Hertz at this location. Enterprise / National is the way to go. Finally got the care and tire pressure was low. Contacted corporate and they said to take it up with management at the location myself - so clearly nothing is being done to manage or improve.

No one was at the desk when I arrived. When they finally showed up they had no car for me. Waited almost 90 minutes and when I finally received a car it had no fuel. First thing I had to do was to stop and buy gas. Be very wary of renting from Hertz in Santa Rosa.

Hertz guy found me a ride when Expedia messed up my reservation- Christopher is a lifesaver - thank you Hertz/Thrifty

Rented a pick up truck from Thrifty at Sonoma County Airport on 4/30/2025. Got out to the parking lot and the truck had a lot of damage, much more than you would see on most rental vehicles (large dents, large scratches). I took photos of it all and went back inside to show the rep. at the front counter. I said this truck has a considerable amount of damage, heres the photos I just took, do you have a different truck.
