Easy to work with, vehicle was in top condition inside and out, and the reps were friendly and helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better rental experience.
Ok you pick up early yet drop off like 12 hours early the extra fees they tac on is total bs I had better experience when I wasn't a gold member
Did not honor reservation. Assumed no responsibility, offered no assistance and blamed Corporate. Do not reserve here unless you have a solid backup plan.
I had an excellent and streamlined rental experience with this location. No complaints, and I would highly recommend. I made a reservation in advance. Pickup was super simple with friendly, helpful staff. The vehicle was ready for me and in excellent condition. I had to drop off my car early in the morning before the counter opened, which thankfully was not an issue with a drop-box for keys.
The salesman at Hertz tried to tell me that my rental had been canceled and it had not he was trying to sell me an extra renter be careful when dealing with hurts
