Even though I had a reservation, there was no car available. I was furious because this left me in a real mess. At least they were good enough to refund the full reservation charge.
Reserved a car month in advance when I arrived no car. Gave me a huge truck which I couldn’t park at my rental property. Ruined my trip. Can I give zero stars
Staff at Santa Fe Airport Hertz counter were extremely helpful when I wanted to make changes to my contract. I appreciated them.
The customer service was above average at the counter. The issue that I have is the unexplained doubling of the total charges when the vehicle was returned.
