Charged 150 more than reservation called to work out bill and no one could help, was supposed to have a supervisor call within 24 hours, didn't happen. I was completely ripped off and disrespected , fire evacuees and late 45 minutes, charged me an hour and voided my changed agreement collecting 150 more than price.
Great car. FILTHY windshield. Pointed out to clerk who's response was, " bugs are hard to clean off." Used wiperfluid and it smeared so much I was blinded by setting sun....
Better than most!
Do not rent your car here! You call and the first thing they say every time is "we don't have any cars." But you're a rental car agency??? Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my whole life.
