The car they gave me was dirty. Dog hair, ants, crusty stuff of the seat, sticky stuff on the doors and back seat, made noises when I tried to crank it up, it was due for an oil change. Then when you get to the counter, they don’t tell you that you HAVE to have a credit card and the “security deposit” is $100-200 for credit card or $500 for debit card. If I could give this place a zero star review I would. I will never do business with them again.

I love going to our community Hertz. The staff are professional and kind. It really makes a great experience when you are often called by your name and asked how things are going. I would not trade agencies and lose this type of connect. Bravo team SCV.
