All of the guys in Santa Clarita did a great job. Great personalities and very efficient
The rental facility was adequate. The team members were competent. However, the dropoff destination was abysmal. Impossible to make the return. I spent way more than I expected.
The vehicle I was "guaranteed" was not there (see photo), and there was no alternative that met the requirements for the reason I reserved a Jeep Wrangler (4x4 and spare tire) available. Leaving me stranded to take an alternative vehicle that wasn't 4x4 and hope I don't need chains. Which was less likely than taking a vehicle on a road trip to Mammoth Mountain without a spare tire and being stranded if I get a flat tire that the repair kit can't fix with my young daughter and her friend.
