I would recommend never renting from this location, you would have better luck with SJC airport rentals. Rented a vehicle here, got a confirmation on my booking. I arrive and they inform me they have no vehicles. Infact they were aware before confirming my vehicle that they had no vehicles. I was not reimbursed for my uber ride there. The biggest SCAM of all - rhey wouldnt cancel my reservation at the desk, asked me to call the helpline (long wait times) and cancel it there. This was a very disappointing experience, The staff were very unprofessional from the start with a bad attitude towards my Husband the second he walked in, using the business as a form to discriminate. My Husband just got off work and was looking to rent a vehicle the woman at the front desk immediately responded with our system is down we cant help you my Husband responded with why would the app set me an appointment at 4pm if you were closed or the system was down, the last time I came you said 5pm is when you close. We made a reservation online, but when we arrived, we were told there were no cars available. The staff was dismissive and rude, offering no apology, compensation, or alternative solution. We had already paid for Uber rides to and from the location, so we ended up wasting both time and money because they failed to honor our reservation. If you don't have vehicles available, don't accept reservations. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, and I wouldn't recommend relying on this location.
